Product Overview: Web Form Create Smart CRM Web forms without writing a single line of code. The Dotsquares Web

form is a Dynamic CRM solution that allows the user to create their own CRM web forms.

Dotsquares Web forms simplify the process of capturing the visitors or users information

from your online web form into your CRM system directly. General (non-technical) users find

it easy to design and publish their own web forms. Web forms are supported

for Leads, Contacts, Cases and any other Custom Modules or CRM entity.

Effortlessly build your web form in CRM, post the web form on your web page and start

gathering the submissions.

Follow The Steps for downloading and configuring the

Web Form:

Once the user selects the “DS_Web Form” from Microsoft app source platform. Then the

below screen will appear.

Step1: Click on Get It Now button

For installation of this solution, click on the button “Get It Now”. This button is on the left

panel of the page.

Step 2: Press Continue To Proceed

As the user clicks on the button. A pop up will get generated with a Continue button. Press

continue if you agree with the’ term of use’ and ‘additional Microsoft terms’.

Step 3:Accept the term of Use

Once the user press continue, then a screen will ask the user to mark (check) if they agree

with the terms of use and Additional Microsoft terms. The user can also read these terms in

detail and then Accept it to proceed.

Step 4: Wait for the download to get completed

Please wait till the downloading is in process. The installation status will be visible as pending

until unless the download gets completed.

After the installation of the CRM solution performed successfully, the page will appear as:

Step 5: Find Dotsquares Web Form Link

Now on the dynamic CRM page, there will be a link available for the Dotsquares web form on

the top of the list. Click on this link to get registration.

Step 6: User Registration

Clicking on the link of Dotsquares Web Form will ask for the general registration of the user.

Fill the required essential details to submit and continue.

Step 7: User Profile will be created

A message will appear if the user registration has been performed Successfully.

Step 8: Go to Extension Column:

Click on the settings to open up the drop down menu. The “DS Web Form” solution can be

accessed from the Dotsquares pack in the Extension column as shown in the image below.

Functions that can be performed on the Web Form

Active DS Web Forms Screen:

This screen will give a quick overview of all the web forms created by the user in the listed

format. The user can choose to create a new web form and edit it. This screen includes the

following features:

List View Displaying the Web form Name and Date of web form creation

Create a new Web form

Delete Web form

Email a Link of Web form

Run Report

Export to excel

Import data

Multiple selects the Web Forms from the list

Search the record of Web Forms

Create A web Form

On the Active DS web Form screen, select New to create a web form.

Once the user clicks on New then a form will appear as shown in the image below. The user

has to fill the following fields while creating a web form:

General Information:

This sub-section has the following fields:

Name/Web form title

Email id

Related entity and Look up Entity

Label Position

Submit Message

Submit button text

Redirect URL

Redirect Mode

Look Up Entity:

Clicking on the ‘Look up entity’ button will open up a pop up as shown below in the image.

Now tick mark any one entity that will be the display name.

CSS (Cascading Style Sheet):

The web form will allow the end user to add up their own cascading style sheet to give the

web form a different look by color, font and layout.

Form Fields

To add the form fields, click on the plus sign. The below image is the list view of the fields

added by the user in the form.

On adding the form field will open up a screen as shown below.

This new field form comprises of the following attributes:

Specify the field label

Give a Field Type

o Text

o Multiline Text

o Check Box

Activate Web form

Deactivate Web form

Get Form URL:

On the above image, please click on get form URL tab. This opens as a pop up:

The Get Form URL consists of the following features:

Copy URL: The user can generate the link for the web form created and use it. By

clicking the Copy URL tab will display the link as:

Copy this URL that appears in the pop up. And paste it in the new tab, then the web form will

appear as:

Copy iFrame: An iFrame link will appear in the pop up that can be copied and used.

Preview: The user if wish to have a look at the form created, then they view the

preview. The form will appear in the pop as a preview:

Close: This will terminate the pop up.

Uninstallation Steps

The user for any reason if wish to uninstall the CRM solution, then this can be done by

checking the solution from the list and press delete.

To uninstall the DS Web Form, Navigation is: Settings Solutions Select the check box of

Web Form then click on Delete as shown below.

A pop up will appear as shown below. Click on OK to delete the solution from the CRM. The

solution will be deleted.
