Nirmal Kumar Surana, with a vision to develop professionalism in Indian youth. Keeping pace with this, Deepshikha Kala Sansthan was brought into existence in the year 1976. In this journey of last 36 years, came across with many problems but my aim was to give the best to the young generation of the State to prepare them in entering the corporate world.
