This paper will describe the different phases of the project, the specific techniques and equipment that were required to carry out in a short time the construction of 23,000 square meters (247,570 sq.ft.). Also, Brandon Chang will be at our booth #311 EVENTS The Interdepartmental Office for Hydraulic Equipment of the ``Montagne Noire``, in charge of production and distribution of drinkable and irrigation water for 185 municipalities (Coletanche has the NSF Certification), and for producing electricity made up the decision of building the dam with a capacity of 8 million cubic meters, covering an area of 68 hectares, at an altitude of more than 700 metres. The financial amount of the whole project is more than 15 million €. ОПЫТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ COLETANCHE ДЛЯ ГИДРОИЗОЛЯЦИИ ВЕРХНЕГО БЬЕФА ДАМБЫ, ВЫСОТА 45 М, ЮЖНАЯ ФРАНЦИЯ

COLETANCHE® битумная геомембрана, армированная высокопрочным нетканым геотекстителем. Благодаря своим прочностным характеристикам, COLETANCHE может укладываться без применения защитной обсыпки, балласта, геотекстиля.COLETANCHE® может быть установлен практически на любое основание, в том числе на отсыпку крупных фракций. Геомембрана работоспособна при экстримальных климатических условиях, сильных ветрах, высокой влажности, под водой, в условиях высокогорья, а так же при низких температурах.

• С 5 по 6 марта 2013 г. компания AXTER будет представлена на выставке RUSSIA POWER HYDROVISION 2013, «Экспоцентр», Павильон № 1, стенд В56.

• С 14 по 16 мая 2013 г. компания AXTER будет присутствовать на выставке MINING WORLD 2013, «КРОКУС ЭКСПО», Павильон № 2, зал № 5, стенд Е07. На выставке будет представлен доклад « Финансовые преимущества COLETANCHE: опыт использования битумной геомембраны на примере 4 различных конструкций гидроизолирующих дамб, хвостохранилищ и водохранилищ в Перу, Канаде, Финляндии и Росси».

НОВОСТИ

Межведомственно бюро, занимающееся гидрооснощением горного массива «Черная Гора» во Франции, а так же ответственное за производство и распределение питьевой и оросительной воды для 185 населенных пунктов и выработку электроэнергии, приняло решение использовать битумную геомембрану COLETANCHE при строительстве дамбы. Общая площадь дамбы – 68 га, высота более 700 м, объем 8 млн м³.

Техническое решение основывалось на опыте строительства грунтовых дамб. Для гидроизоляция верхних бьефов использовалась битумная геомембрана COLETANCHE. Применение геомембраны позволило сэкономить 20% средств. Что дешевле, чем создание ядра в теле дамбы или использование шпунтовых стенок.

Структура битумной геомембраны

Тело дамбы выполнено из 800.000 м³ дробленой скальной породы, полученной из местных источников. Основанием дамбы является железобетонное основание, установленное на материковую гранитную породу.

Общая длина дамбы по гребню 380 м. Уклон откосов 2/1.

Фильтрация воды через основание дамбы значительно сокращена за счет специальных мероприятий.

• Погодные условия не влияют на укладку битумной геомембраны.• Возможность применения имеющейся на месте породы для устройства основания дамбы.• Укладка геомембраны осуществляется без помощи специализированного оборудования.
