The Superintendent Odisha State Archaeology invites sealed item rate tender from

empanelled Suppliers of Culture Dept. for supply of the following conservation material for

use in conservation work of Monuments of Sahid Madho singh at-Ghess, Dist-Baragarh. The

intended supplier must possess valid Tin No, GST No & PAN No & submit photo copies of

the Registration, experience and other related certificate like lncome tax & GST Registration

along with tender schedules . The detail of the terms and condition of the tender is in the bid

document .The tender should be submitted by speed post /courier/ by hand during any

working days during official hour from the date of publication of advertisement up to 3.30

p.M. 20.09 .2017.The bid will be opened on the same day at 4.30 P.M. on20.09.2017. The

Technical bid and financial bid should be submitted separately up to specified

time and date as stated above. The sealed cover should be super scribed with

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. The tender document must accompany Rs.2040/- towards the cost of Tender paper. The

amount to be paid in shape of demand draft in favour of Superintendent Odisha State

Archaeology, payable at Bhubaneswar.

2. Correct / relevant information / data have to be furnished by the vendors.

3. The sealed envelope must be superscribed on the top of the envelope "Application for supply

of good quality materials for supply at-Ghess ,Dist- Baragarh.

4. The supplier must furnish the following documents

1. GST Registration No. & VAT clearance certificate

2. lncome Tax permanent Account No.

5. List of materials to be supplied:-

1. Recessed wiring-single core (2x2.5+1x1.5) symc for lighting SB/PP/pump

2. SITC OF I' HT Colombia Dual pole (70 W + PSV lamp)

3. M.S chanel, beam, angle, plate rectangular tube

6. Material to be supplied must be suitable for conservation work of Temples/Monuments/

Historical Buildings.

7. The rate should be inclusive of all taxes including transportation charges, loading, unloading,

Royalty, GST as applicable etc .

8. The successful tenderer will be required to supply the materials within 15 days from the

receipt of the work order.

L The Suppliers are to deposit 1% EMD of the procurement cost i.e. Rs .5,0001(Five Thousand

only) with the tender in shape of Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank to be obtained in

favour of Superintendent Odisha State Archaeology which will be refunded after successful

completion of the supply. Further on acceptance of tender, the Supplier is required to deposit

1% security of the tender value which will be refunded on certification of completing of supply

by the Conservation Assistant.

10. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded after completion of the tender process.

11. ln case of non supply of materials within 15 days of receipt of work order, the EMD will be

forfeited /the supplier will be black listed.

12. ln case the material is not as per specification, the same shall be replaced by the Contractors/

Firm/ Supplier.

13. No claim whatsoever on account of fluctuation in prices will be entertained.

14. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without

assigning any reason thereof.

15. GST or any other tax shall be payable by the Supplier/ Contractors /Firm and the Govt. will

not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect.

16. Any dispute relating to the tender & supply will be settled in the competent court of

Bhubaneswar Jurisd iction only.
