Your profile -1-: 1. You are an Early Adapter, picking up business opportunities quickly2. You are willing and able to play together with associates (the musicians) to

deliver our services to our customers, in a selected region. To establish a win-win for all partners liaised with ODIN Institute, we use the metaphor of the Orchestra:

The audience (customers) will enjoy (customers organisational performance) the play (services) most when all musicians (ODIN Licensees) perform at a high professional standard (ODIN Suite + Training) and as a well organised team (roles, competences), and are committed to a common goal (vision, mission, core values).

4. Your playing field has approximately 4 million inhabitants (the seize of New Zealand, New South Wales (Australia), Singapore, Bangalore, Jaipur etc.



Your profile -2-: 5. You will make business deals with (potential) customers, open to use the

expertise and tools, provided by ODIN Institute6. You will sell License agreements to about 8 ODIN License holders, meeting

the criteria of your region7. You will help selling around 40 ODIN Associate License holders, via the

License holders8. You’re overall responsible for running the Licensing business in your region9. You will (co-)train License holders to meet ODIN’s standards for bringing our

tools into practise10. You see opportunities to bring in a network of (potential) clients and

Licensees11. You like the idea of a yearly turnover of US$400,000 or more12. You share the Vision, Mission and Core Values of ODIN Institute.
