Modify Cell-Oriented DRD Algorithm Parameters(MOD UCELLDRD)

Function

Modify the Cell-Oriented Directed Retry Decision (DRD) algorithm parameters of a cell.

The DRD algorithm is used to select a suitable cell during the cell resource admission procedure for RRC orRAB. The algorithm is affected by the following factors:

- Current cell load

- Cell type

- Traffic type

- Intelligent networking strategy

- Cell resource admission result

Note
