Solutions

Uneven load top surface

Multiple size of goods – risk of falling goods – uneven load top surface.

Load’s top surface need to be detected.

Logistic & warehousing option(s):

Top of load is detected by curtain type photocell having multible beams.

Wide curtain type beam detecting top of load

Load stabilizer is needed for unstable loads which have uneven top surface.

Load stablizer structure need to be designed for uneven surfaces.

Solutions for wrapping of low pallets

Load height is clearly < 500mm (film width) – stretch film breaks by forks during

handling – load top does not look good due to wide film.

Space without film needed for truck forks. Width of applied film need to be reduced from

top and bottom.

Logistic & warehousing option(s):

FlexROPE to adjust applied film width.

Pallet lifter for accurate film lower edge rope positioning.

Load stabilizer with film guidings to slide top rope onto product.

Solutions for wrapping of low pallets

Load height is clearly < 750mm (film width) – product requires dust proof protection

and/or water proof protection.

Top sheet need to be applied close to product top surface, to reach that film carriage need

to be driven down below the conveyor level.

Logistic & warehousing option(s):

Two ring bottom positions, wrapping unit with pin locking. device allows ring to go down

below min. level when film carriage is at home position.

When necessary, pallet lifter can be used to compensate low load height.

Load stabilizer equipped with film guidings.

Notice that conveyor height need to be compared to min. load height.

Automatic warehouse compatible wrapping

Loads are stored in automatic warehouse with profile control.

Whole wooden pallet is not allowed to be covered, need to have empty space for

warehouse lifter forks. No film tail allowed.
