This October fest enjoy sipping by the pool 2 bit burger and snack on a delicious beef

burger at only Aed 99++

• The promotion would be ideal for the month of October as it is beer fest, hence Hops promotion, and also burgers would be a good bite along with beers, and partially German.

• This promotion could be sold from 12 noon – 5 PM by the Pool.

• Its targets guests who are ordering only a beer to go in for 2 beers and a burger, or vice versa, guest who are ordering food to go in for the promotion.

• It would be easy to target guests as they would only buy a burger at 85++Aed or 2 beers at 60++ Aed, which would sum to 145++, but with the promotion they are buying it all at 99++ only.

• It increases both food and beverage revenue at the same time.• Food and Beverage cost would not get affected as we are still

within the 34 % Food cost and 25% Beverage cost.
