Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Dussehra festival with great enthusiasm and energy.
Students dressed up depicting various characters from the great epic Ramayana. The
Story of Lord Rama was narrated to them. They listened to the story attentively and were
fascinated by it. To mark lord Rama’s victory over Ravana, message was reinforced that -
“Good Always Wins Over Evil !”

Students of Dashmesh Public School celebrated
Dussehra in school with great enthusiasm and
energy. The students were dressed up as lord Rama,
Lakshmana, Sita , Ravana, Jatayu, Vanar etc. The
celebration was to mark Lord Rama’s victory over
Ravana and to reinforce the message that-
All Adversities of life burn along with
the Effigy of RAVANA!

To improve spellings and usage of unfamiliar words “Spell Well activity” was organized for primary wing students’ on 5th October 2018. The main aim of activity was to create awareness of the possibilities of using varied words in oral and written expression and to add words to enhance the vocabulary of the students.

Every year we rejegenuvate our
selves by the blessings of Guru Ram Das Ji on his birthday. Guru Ram Das
Ji embodied humility, service and deep devotion. On the eve of his
birthday a special assembly was held on 26th October, for classes I to XII. The assembly was conducted by the
students of VI to VIII. Selected students from each house
participated in ‘Shabad Competition’. They recited poems and gave speech
on life sketch of Guru Ram Das Ji. ‘Shlok Competition’ was also
conducted for classes IX to XII, on the occasion.

An activity was organized on “Advertisements” to teach the students about a
persuasive technique they face in their everyday lives. For this purpose student of
Junior wing drafted advertisements on Chocolate, Toothpaste, Hair oil,
Shampoo and Smart Phone. They were guided by the teachers not to buy products
without checking the quality of it.
The motive of this activity was to make students aware
about FAKE product available in the market.

Welcoming the Festival of Lights, students of Dashmesh Public
school, unfolded their creative abilities in a string of activities on 26th
October, 2018. Pots, Diyas, Lamps and Chandeliers were
decorated by the students. Also for classes (I-V) slogan writing
activity was held to create awareness for celebrating Green Diwali.

A
