Trading activity remained subdued during the last quarter of the year as regional and local politics remained volatile. However, both classes of shares witnessed some interest around the year end, with share prices closing the quarter on a positive note.
Share A fluctuated between a low of US$12.15 and a high of US$13.49, closing the quarter at US$13.00, a 3.09% increase from the previous quarter. Share B traded between a low of US$12.13 and a high of US$13.48, closing the quarter at US$12.93, a 3.11% increase from the previous quarter.
Trading activity increased during the quarter, with around 2 million shares of both classes trading in the local market. GDRs traded on the London Stock Exchange closed at around US$13.00, a 3.17% increase from the previous quarter.

clOuD5 Launched by Solidere Management Services (SMS) during the quarter, the project aims to give start-ups and entrepreneurs the environment and support they need to succeed in Lebanon’s fledgling technology sector.
The 500 sq m space located in the midst of the city’s major financial and technology companies, accommodates around 60 people, with expan-sion plans to include a large auditorium space, a café and additional work areas. The main attraction of Cloud5 is the 24/7 availability of 10 Mbs dedicated internet bandwidth available through the fiber-optic broadband network installed across Beirut Central District.

SaleSOne development lot in Sector D was sold by Solidere during the last quarter. Block 145, Plot 3, covering a land area of 2,141 sq m, was purchased by Marfaa Quindici Quindici s.a.l. to be developed into a residential building totaling 12,000 sq m of floor area.

As a land bank, the Company targets developers with innovative projects, sometimes contributing concepts or providing project management. It also creates and manages its own real estate developments, alone or in joint venture with third parties.
