ANNOUNCEMENTS BARNWELL BAPTIST welcomes Rev. Jerry Caylor as their interim pastor. He and his wife, Elizabeth, look forward to serving at the church.
UPCOMING EVENTS SHELL BANKS BAPTIST will celebrate their 158th Homecoming on October 30 at 10:30 am. Come for the special service and stay for dinner on the grounds. Church address is 12125 State Hwy. 180 in Gulf Shores.
ROBERTSDALE FIRST BAPTIST will host a Fall Concert on November 12th at 6pm. Rich-ard Hebert and Russ Murfin will share an evening of worship and praise. Special guests are Marla Murrill and Jody James. A love offering will be received.

PIES FOR PRISONERS…
Dig out those delicious recipes for pies that do not need refrigeration. Pies made with Splenda are nice, as well.
Our annual event to provide pies for the Loxley Correctional Facility prisoners will occur on Tuesday, Nov.22nd. Drop pies off on Hwy 64 between 9 am and 2 pm. Thanks a bunch!!

fellowship, and wonderful food (including lots of crispy fried
chicken!). We’d love to see you there :-)
Are you looking for a class project, ladies ministry project or other
outreach opportunity? You can help with needs in
the Trucker’s Ministry! Here are a couple of ideas for you: Cheer Bags for Truckers—brown or white bags filled with
brown jersey gloves, flashlight and batteries, Christian CDs, pens, small notebooks, individual size packs of cookies or snacks (not homemade). These are handed out during the Christmas season so bring them to the office through Dec. 16.
Christmas Gifts for Kids—the children of the Oasis truck stop workers look forward to a Christmas party each year, where they receive special gifts and a visit from our very own “Santa”, Chap-lain Charlie Wilson! There are 6-8 children, up to the age of 14, who would benefit from a necessity or toy.

A hearty thanks goes to First Baptist Church, Foley for being the perfect hosts for our 102nd Annual Meeting. They were gracious in every way. We heard exciting mission reports. We were encouraged in our mis-sions giving through the Coop-erative Program and in support of the Association. We heard two spirit-filled messaged from Pastors Allan Lawhorn and Billy Nale. What a great time of praise and worship! We have much to be grateful for as Bald-win Baptists. God is good!
