Cityview Riverwalk Extension – a 2.97- acre site that formerly housed a vehicle repair garage and a bulk oil storage facility

Riverview Properties – a 1-acre site whose former uses included residential, a restaurant/tavern, auto repair, outboard motor repair, welding, and a furniture refinishing business

Regal Corporation Properties – a 3-acre site that formerly housed residences, textile dying operations, commercial laundry facilities, an engine parts manufacturer and bulk oil storage facilities

KCDC Properties Lot 4R1 – a 1.5-acre site that was formerly residential, a box and crate business and bulk oil storage

Former Baptist Hospital (6 parcels) – collectively a 23.5-acre site of a former hospital with related offices, medical suites, parking and commercial businesses.
