Riverview Properties – a 1-acre site whose former uses included residential, a restaurant/tavern, auto repair, outboard motor repair, welding, and a furniture refinishing business
Regal Corporation Properties – a 3-acre site that formerly housed residences, textile dying operations, commercial laundry facilities, an engine parts manufacturer and bulk oil storage facilities
