The Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) held its 35th Annual Awards Banquet on Wednesday, February 19.

This year, Parsons Brinckerhoff and GSG Consultants were presented with theMentor-Protégé Award for their work on the Illiana Expressway Phase I Planning and Preliminary Design for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT).
