To get the best grade possible for our coursework, we gratefully ask to film at several areas within Spelthorne. Our filming dates will be on 3 rd December at approximately 9:30am to 2:30pm. The areas we will be filming at are Cedars Park in Sunbury, and nearby the Thames River in Lower Sunbury. On behalf of the whole group we would like to emphasise that no harm will be put forward to the environment or the pedestrians during the production. The locations that have been chosen are not in a busy urban area so we will not have any issues with the public, as well as public services. The group we are in is professional and will be working under filming conditions at all times. This includes no disturbance to the public, self-control, and a respectable attitude to the area we will be working around. Our actors will not be filming in any areas of risk, such as a nearby road or near the Thames River, so there is no risk of injury due to irresponsible behaviour. We would all therefore, like to request your permission to film at Cedars Park in Sunbury, and nearby the Thames River in Lower Sunbury, on the date given above.

To whom this may concern,

We are A2 Media Studies students at St Paul’s Catholic College, studying OCR Unit G324, which requires us to film for a soap opera trailer. To get the best grade possible for our coursework, we gratefully ask to film at several areas within Spelthorne.

Our filming dates will be on 3rd December at approximately 9:30am to 2:30pm.

For further information please contact our Head of Media Studies teacher Mark Vinnicombe, he can be directly contacted at: [email protected]. An alternative option can be the school number 01932 783 811.

Yours faithfully,
