Oceaneering’s Hard Line Cutter is a hydraulically-actuated manipulator-deployed tool designed to cut through wire rope to 1-in thick. It consists of a hardened tool steel blade and side plates, a hydraulic cylinder, and a T-handle. The blade is attached to the cylinder ram between the side plates. One side of each of the plates is open to allow the cutter to be placed on the rope. When the cylinder is extended, the blade acts as a guillotine, severing the rope between the blade and the side plates. The cylinder is then retracted to allow for the next cut.Specifications:Pressure: ............................................................................... 10,000 psiFlow: .............................................................................................1 gpmOpening: ........................................................................................1-5 inConnection Type: ....................................................... The Alignment Frame mounts to the front of an ROV and provides an ROV docking interface. Once docked, the ROV is rigidly attached to the subsea structure. The frame locks onto the tree via two 3-ton rated docking probes.
The docking probes are hydraulically-actuated and are fail-safe. If ROV power is lost, the latch dogs will retract under spring load and the ROV will disconnect from the tree. The frame is designed to interface with the 3-ton docking receptacle interface utilizing a customer specified distance between docking receptacles.

The AX/VX Gasket Tool is used to remove and replace the 18¾-in AX and VX style gaskets inside the wellhead hub. The tool engages into the gasket bore and sits flush with the top of the gasket where it is energized with the ROV hydraulics. The cylinder forces 2 gripping pads to separate and grasp the inner bore of the gasket. The bumps on the OD of the pads line up with the groove in the gasket and prevent the gasket from sliding down.
Two compression springs keep the tool hooked up to the gasket if hydraulic power is lost or interrupted.
The AX/VX Gasket Tool utilizes a flexible T-handle to be positioned by the ROV manipulator.

Oceaneering Override Tools are purpose built jacking tools for overriding connectors on a production or drilling riser. The tool is deployed and powered by the ROV. An onboard pressure intensifier takes the ROV supplied pressure and increases it by a factor of four. Hydraulic cylinders are extended to contact hard points on the connector, which continue extending until the connector is manually unlocked. Oceaneering builds these tools, with different override forces, to fit industry-standard subsea connectors of all shapes and sizes.Override Cylinders (up to 6):Pressure: ..................................................... 10,000 psi Maximum Input Flow: .............................................................................................1 gpmConnection Type: ................................. ¼ Zero Leak Quick DisconnectFlotation:Density: ....................................................................................36 lb / ft3 Weight (Air): ..................................................................................462 lb Buoyancy (Saltwater):...................................................................360 lb Height: .........................................................................................16.5 inWidth: ........................................................................................ 64.19 inLength: ....................................................................................... 80.75 inWeight:In Air: ............................................................................................850 lbIn Saltwater: ...................................................................................50 lbHydraulics:

The Riser Disconnect Tool manually overrides the Tieback Connector (TBC) if traditional methods for disconnecting the TBC are not sufficient or fail to operate.
The Riser Disconnect Tool is a hydraulically operated clamp. A hydraulic cylinder connects each hinged arm to the base. The clamp is designed to engage the base with the TBC groove located circumferentially around the vertically positioned TBC. The clamp is then locked in place with a manually inserted locking pin to prevent clamp arm separation. Once the clamp is secured in the groove, 15-spring return hydraulic rams separate two halves of the clamp in a vertical-upward direction.
