ANALYSIS OF PERSONALITY OF SURAJ BHAI

TYPE “B” PERSONALITY:-

1. Ambitious2. Perfectionist

The "B" type loves to party, travel and be part of groups, and is often the centre of attention. They love excitement and are often impatient and demanding as a result of being a "high energy" type. They love the limelight and the "hype" and often do very well in sales, advertising, marketing, public speaking, party planning, travel and other positions where they can have a "good time" while working.

The "B" personality is as Supportive of others as they are direct in their approach. Most people enjoy being around them or watching or listening to them "perform". Many radio and TV personalities, actors and high-profile speakers are often "B" personalities. It is very important for the "B" personality to be liked by others and can be easily hurt if they think someone doesn't care for them. They may take it very personally.

A good example of a "B" personality was the part Bette Midler played in the movie "Beaches" where her character was a big success in movies and on the stage. An outstanding line from the movie was, when having her best friend over who she hasn't seen in years, she takes her on a whirlwind tour of her elaborate apartment then says: "... enough about ME, let's talk about YOU. So, what do you think if ME?"

Certainly, most "B" personalities are not that "strong", but it does provide a good mental picture of some of the characteristics to look for in the "B" type.

This type often does well in sales as they tend to be very talkative and outgoing with people and are normally quite persuasive.

CONCLUSION:-

Personality can play a role in how successful a person can be in life or business. In the case of SURAJ BHAI, his personality landed him the career of his dreams and he became very successful at it. The information contained in this paper will explain how he was able to obtain his success because of his personality coupled with determination. Those factors can certainly be an asset to anyone looking for an opportunity to better their life and they can possibly gain strength from SURAJ’s story.FactorsSuraj had a dream from the time he came to the Delhi and that dream was to be successful. He did not know when he arrived in the Delhi in 1985 how his dream would happen but it did not take long before he found out. Upon his graduating from college, he got a job working for a jeweller even though he knew nothing about jewellery. That work started his passion for diamonds and he never looked back. Suraj received a degree in diamonds and learned everything that he could learn about them. The determination he showed was what helped him get started in his success Personality.Personality tests are very interesting in the fact that they can sometimes help determine how a person would be influenced in their life to make a success of it or end up failing at what they try. Oscar did not appear to be an outright extrovert nor did he show the characteristics of an introvert. He was more middle of the road. When it comes to being agreeable, he definitely made the right choice when he went to work at a jewellery store because in essence, that is what brought him to the successful life he now has. He is a very conscientious person because he thought through what he wanted with his life. There are many people who cannot say the same thing. Perhaps there would be more success in this world if people could relate to Oscar. In regards to emotional stability, a person who wants to achieve great things in their life.
