5.3 million+ sq. ft. of distribution space existing along the corridor (facilities over 50K sq. ft.)
Kmart, National Parts Depot, Amco Meters, Cheney Brothers, Fed Ex
900,000 sq. ft. coming online over next 24 months 650,000 additional sq. ft. planned over the next 5
years Extensive effort on both short and long term access
improvements to I-75 4 projects currently in active phases related to I-75
NW 49th Street at I-75 New interchange identified to
improve access to several existing and planned industrial site including the Ocala/Marion Commerce Park
