It 1s with regret that we have been informed of the death on 9th Febru- ary 1984, after a long period of ill-health, of Mr Uno Falk An international authonty on nickel-cadmium batteries, Mr. Falk was an ongmal member of the edltonal board of this Journal

A kind and fnendly person, always ready to help others, Mr Falk will be greatly missed by his colleagues and many fnends.
