Ski pass holders dressed in winter sportswear can use ski buses and public lines for free. Purchasing the pass, you accept the general terms and conditions on rates and trans- portation. Ski passes are available as hands-free key cards (put it in your left pocket). No refund in case of loss! Daily operating times from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Reduced Ski Passes Children born 2003 or later free of charge; child rates for kids born 1997 - 2002; senior rates for skiers born in or before 1951. Disabled persons: senior rates apply with a minimum of 60% reduction in earning ability. Discounted lift tickets are only issued on presentation of a valid photo ID! Ski Pass Selling Points The ski pass offices (Hohe Mut Bahn, Festkogl Bahn, Hochgurgl Bahn, Große Kar Bahn) are open daily from 08:30 am to 4:00 pm. Further ski pass selling points can be found in selected hotels and sports shops in Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, Sölden and Längenfeld. The key card deposit for one-day and multi-day ski passes is € 2.00. Undamaged ski pas- ses can be returned at the ski pass offices or selling points. For overlapping season times the automa- ted cash system charges a mixed rate. Ski passes for 6 or more days can be prolonged once for 1 day at a special price within their validity period. Our ski pass offices accept cash payment, Maestro debit cards and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa). Refund Only in case of a ski accident and if the ski pass is immediately handed in at the ski pass office you receive a refund for the returned ski pass on presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local doctor (can be handed in later). Only multi-day ski passes can be refun- ded. They must be returned at the main ski pass offices. We strongly recommend a travel cancellation insurance also for all accompanying travelers. Ski passes are not refunded or extended in case of inclement weather conditions, avalanche hazard, unforeseen departure, illness, discontinued lift operation, closed ski runs or partially closed ski lifts. Always check weather reports and the latest information on operating times before you purchase a ski pass. Inspection and Misuse Besides automated access systems, the validity of ski passes is also checked by our lift staff. Ski pas- ses are not transferable. Any misuse of ski passes will be prosecuted and reported to the responsible authorities!
