UDX Class: Dogs entered in this class would be entered in both Open B and Utility B, and the combined entry fee for these two classes must be paid. Once the limit has been reached in either the Open/Preferred Open or the Utility/Preferred Utility class, the UDX class will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. PUDX Class: Dogs entered in this class would be entered in both Preferred Open and Preferred Utility, and the combined entry fee for these two classes must be paid. Once the limit has been reached in either the Open/Preferred Open or the Utility/Preferred Utility class, the PUDX class will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. Rally Advance Excellent (RAE) Class: Dogs entered in this class would be entered in both Rally Advance B and Rally Excellent B, and the combined entry fee for these two classes must be paid. Once the limit has been reached in either the Rally Advance or the Rally Excellent class, the Rally Advance Excellent class will be considered close and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety.

Rally Champion (RACH) Class: Dogs entered in this class would be entered in Rally Advanced B, Rally Excellent B and Rally Master class. The combined entry fee for these three classes must be paid. If due to entry limits an exhibitor cannot be entered in the Rally Advanced B, Rally Excellent B and Rally Master classes the Rally Champion class will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE LEGIBLE, SIGNED AND HAVE A JUMP HEIGHT, if entered in classes that use jumps or it will be refused. Jump height order will ascend on Saturday and descend on Sunday. Electronic correspondence will be used to send your entry information and judging program. Please supply your correct email address. If you require a hard copy to be sent to your snail mail address, please check the box on your entry form to indicate that.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS

Entries close at 6:00 p.m. on January 08, 2020

Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. BITCHES IN SEASON Entry fee minus $5.00 per day entered will be refunded for bitches that come in season after the close of the trial. The Trial Secretary must receive written notification no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial.

ALL DOGS SHOULD BE PRESENT at least 30 minutes prior to Judging. The handler is solely responsible for having the dog at ringside. The steward will not search for you.

Exhibitors will be responsible for picking up after their own dogs. Once identified, those who do not pick up after their dogs will be excused from the trial WITHOUT refund. Please help us keep the show grounds and motel grounds clean. CHILDREN must always be accompanied by an adult and under control.

Photos: All rights to TELEVISE, VIDEOTAPE, ADVERTISE, PHOTOGRAPH, PROMOTE or otherwise exploit these shows are vested in the club or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by the club. All persons and animals on the show grounds at any time while these shows are in progress, do by attending these shows or participating therein, grant to the club the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent Lock Your Cars: We are not responsible for the safety of automobiles or contents. Owner of automobile and contents thereof acknowledges that he/she is always in possession and control automobile is parked.

Waiver of Rights Notice: All persons attending these dog shows hereby waive any claim for damages against the clubs or their members, superintendents or facility, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or improperly vented conditions. Anyone parking in show site parking lots must accept full responsibility for damages should this occur.

Food will be available for a donation.

Transfers: A transfer (i.e. from an obedience class to an obedience class; or a rally class to a rally class) may be requested if, according to the owner’s records the handler and the dog are eligible and the dog has completed the requirements for the title after the closing date of the trial in which the advanced entry is to be made. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary for Saturday, JANUARY 25th, by Monday, January 20 by 6:00 pm. Transfers for Sunday, JANUARY 26th, must be submitted by the close of the trial on Saturday, JANUARY 25th. Transfers may be approved, provided the class and judges are available and the class has not reached its limit. NO TRANSFERS EITHER MORNING.

HOW TO USE THE ENTRY BLANK

Use one blank per dog only if all information is EXACTLY THE SAME FOR each day. Carefully check the blocks for each DAY, AND TRIAL in which you wish to enter your dog. The agreement must be submitted along with the entry form or it is incomplete and will not be accepted.

RALLY EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:

ALL Rally entries MUST supply a jump height on the entry form, or the trial secretary will not accept your entry. The Trial Secretary will not contact you for this information - example: Rally Novice Move ups to Advanced, Rally Advanced to Excellent classes.

For ease of legible entry forms we do accept entry forms that you may complete through Oaklines.com that you fill out and print then mail in with your money to the Trial Secretary.

Dogs not entered in the trial are NOT permitted on the grounds.

AGREEMENT I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry. I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at the time of this event, and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list of this event and entry form and any decision made in accord with them. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies. I (we) agree to hold AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents, or event secretary and the owners/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. INSTRUCTIONS

1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you

are entering, i.e. Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard).

2. (Event Class) Consult the classification in the premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e. A or B division.

3. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for the event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name. State in entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.)

4. Dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners Program may be eligible to enter al-breed AKC Obedience trials at the club’s option. These dogs should be listed as All American Dog must include their AKC Number on the entry form and check the AKC No. box. Sire and Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.

AGREEMENT I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry. I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at the time of this event, and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list of this event and entry form and any decision made in accord with them. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies. I (we) agree to hold AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents, or event secretary and the owners/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. INSTRUCTIONS

1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you

are entering, i.e. Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard).

2. (Event Class) Consult the classification in the premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e. A or B division.

3. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for the event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name. State in entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.)

4. Dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners Program may be eligible to enter al-breed AKC Obedience trials at the club’s option. These dogs should be listed as All American Dog must include their AKC Number on the entry form and check the AKC No. box. Sire and Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
