of 2010 entirely.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.3
This Act may be cited as the ObamaCare Repeal4
Act.5

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AF-1
FORDABLE CARE ACT AND THE HEALTH2
CARE AND EDUCATION RECONCILIATION ACT3
OF 2010.4
(a) PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE5
ACT.Effective on the date that is 180 days after the6
date of enactment of this Act, the Patient Protection and7
Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111148) is repealed8
and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such9
Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not been10
enacted.11
(b) HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATION RECONCILI-12
ATION ACT OF 2010.Effective on the date that is 18013
days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Health14
Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public15
Law 111152) is repealed and the provisions of law16
amended or repealed by such Act are restored or revived17
as if such Act had not been enacted.18
SEC. 3. BUDGETARY EFFECTS OF THIS ACT.19
The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of20
complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010,21
shall be determined by reference to the latest statement22
titled Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation for this23
Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record24
by the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the25

House of Representatives, as long as such statement has1
been submitted prior to the vote on passage of this Act.2
