Wage Trends/Levels – 2015
15 employers have settled 2016, another awaiting ratification. We have info on 14 8 settled for < 3%, including 2 large services 4 small-size (< 25 employees) had PC1 rates below the
average, and settled for 3+% 3 mid-size had PC1 rates below the average, and settled for
3+%: LaSalle (38 employees) Orangeville (64 employees) Sarnia (179 employees)
Highest: Orangeville = $93,333
Wage Trends/Levels – 2016
6 employers have settled 2016 The largest (Brantford – 237) settled for 0% (& benefits) 3 had PC1 rates below the average in 2013, less than 25
employees, and settled for 3+% 2 had PC1 rates below the weighted average, and settled
for 3+%: LaSalle (38 employees) Sarnia (179 employees)

So What?
15-16 employers have settled beyond the common-front mandate (some before the mandate was established)
1/2 the post-2014 settlements are below CPI
