We will ship backordered product that meets the minimum

re-order size as soon as it becomes available. If you do not

wish to receive backorders, please notify Oak Patch Gifts’

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every

effort to update all pricing prior to catalog printing; however,

occasional price changes or corrections may occur.

guaraNTEEd SalES

Our Guaranteed Sales program applies to opening orders

from new retailers (those who have not ordered in the past

18 months) for a full display of product. Within 90 days, if

the retailer decides to discontinue the program, the display

(in original packaging) must be returned along with unsold

product and payment for sold merchandise. Returned

product must be in original, saleable condition with original

tags intact.

FrEighT

Eugene, OR. Unless your order specifies a carrier, we will

determine the most economical shipping method. Oak

Patch Gifts will prepay freight on UPS or FedEx Ground

shipments and add it to your invoice.

PaymENT TErmS

Standard terms are net 90 days on opening orders over

$400, net 45 days on reorders from date of invoice with

approved credit. Credit card orders are also acceptable and

processed after credit card authorization. Past due accounts

are subject to late fees and the possibility of revocation of

established terms. All NSF checks will accrue a $35 fee.

rETurNS

Returned merchandise will not be accepted or credited

without authorization from Oak Patch Gifts’ Customer

Service. A Jody Coyote Exchange Program enrollment form

must be signed and returned before jewelry can be returned

for credit. Authorization numbers must be clearly marked

on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted at our

warehouse. Returns are for credit only.
