Project Narrative *This section is for you to provide a clear and comprehensive project narrative. It should include: - Realistic project goals.- Timeline reflecting planning and implementation of the project.- Description of the audience that the project is designed to attract.- Plans for promoting, publicizing and/or disseminating the project.- Identification of performance or exhibition venues, if relevant.- If the project is based on copyrighted material, include a statementconcerning clearance rights. BUDGET INCOME: List all sources of income for the project. - Include contributed funds, earned income and in-kind contributions (in-kind contributions are non-cash contributions ofgoods and services, and must be reflected on both the expense and income sides of your budget.)- Indicate specific sources and amounts of funds, and indicate whether each is committed (already received) or projected(you have apply or intend to apply).- Include budget notes when necessary.- Income should be EQUAL to the expenses listed in your budget.

The Fundraising Strategy *

Principal Staff Information *Include resumes for principal artistic and/or administrative staff, and indicate each person’s role in the project in the file name. Up to 5 files may be uploaded. Principal staff should demonstrate ability to complete project goals.

Support Material SamplesPlease provide samples of previous work or a work­in­progress by the principal artists. You may submit a total of ten items. Work samples should be recent (from the past five years), of high quality and as relevant to the project as possible.

Please only upload support material samples you feel represent your work and the project for which you are applying.

Please do not mail work samples, this online application can accept many different kinds of file types so you should upload your work sample to this application.

Image dimensions must be not be larger than 1240 x 1240 pixels, and the resolution should be 72 dpi. For best results, save in the sRGB color space. Images will be shown in the order they are uploaded, and make sure to note proper orientation, if not obvious.

Manuscripts must be in English, and the artist is responsible for the translation; however the artist does not need to be the translator.

Video files and audio files can be uploaded to this application, however keep in mind that the panel views a large volume of material in quick succession; it is very important that you select your strongest work.

Please list your work sample descriptions below. If uploading multiple work samples, please make an itemized list that corresponds with the order in which the files are uploaded. If uploading a video or audio file and you would like the panel to pay close attention to certain segments from the file (ex: minute 1:22 to 2:45) please indicate in the description below.

Make sure to include a Support Material Sample Description. This blurb should describe your work sample, and its relevance to your proposed project, in less than 50 words.

Support Material Sample Descriptions *

Letter of Support *

This section is used for uploading letters from key members/aspects of the project. A letter of support is from an individual or business that will be directly supporting the creation of your project. Strong letters of support add legitimacy to any claims made in your narrative and fundraising strategy.

Some examples are, but not limited to:

- Possible funders.

- Venues where your project will take place.

- Professionals in the field who will be advising or supporting your project.

- Letters from past professional connections showing you know how to execute the stated projectplan or fundraising strategy, etc. This should be specific to your project, rather than a generalizedletter.

Up to 3 letters can be submitted but, AT LEAST ONE LETTER OF SUPPORT IS MANDATORY.
