NYSC will operate as a single organization starting 2016-17

•  All teams will play as New York Soccer Club starLng in the fall -‐ ONE name -‐ ONE management team -‐ ONE logo and uniform -‐ ONE player -‐ ONE curriculum and development methodology

•  TransiLon of administraLve processes and systems will be accomplished in the transiLon year ready for spring 2017

•  Management representaLon from both Clubs -‐ at the Board level -‐ DOC Boys – One DOC, Girls DOC and Assistant DOC -‐ Coaches from both legacy Clubs

NYSC is Committed to Player Excellence

•  Developing players for the top – training is the focus •  While the focus is on training we also compete in top Regional leagues

-‐ play with a winning mentality -‐ players on average, will play 50% of league play

•  For tournaments, U12 and above, we play to win -‐ players will play according to the coaches decisions -‐ there is no guaranteed playing Lme or starts

•  The lineups is the decision of the coaches

Players can expect to receive regular feedback -‐ at training, as a group and individually -‐ wri]en reports

-‐ Central Westchester, White Plains to Rye primarily -‐ To minimize disrupLons teams will use fields associated with legacy Club

•  Combined use of the indoor faciliLes •  All programs open to all NYSC players •  Progression to a single set of processes, systems and policies

JUNIOR Non High School Teams – U14 and Under B02, B03,B04, B05, B06, B07, B08 G02, G03, G04, G05, G06 -‐ pre season begins August 22, specifics to be provided by team -‐ -‐ fall season commences Labor Day weekend -‐ training 3 x week -‐ winter season Nov 28 to Feb 26, weather permifng -‐ winter break (Dec 19 to Jan 7) -‐ spring season 3 x week , Feb 27 to June 18

SENIOR High School Teams – U15 and older

B98, B99, B00, B01 G98, G99, G00, G01, G02 -‐ fall training every second week (opLonal) -‐ season commences November 6 onwards through to June 18 -‐ winter season begins January 4 to Feb 28

•  Winter Futsal – Developmental to 98 (OPTIONAL) -‐ Larger more comprehensive program

-‐ ALL NYSC players are automaLcally eligible to parLcipate -‐ Futsal commences Mon Nov 27 to March 2. -‐ training 1 x week plus friendlies and tournament

•  SPARQ Training (OPTIONAL) -‐ Junior – B02, G01, G02, G03 begins December 1 to March 2 -‐ Senior – B97 to B01/ G97 to G00 begins January 8 to March 2
