Me as the owner of NXY Photo Studio has the interest in photography from the child-hood. At the age of 18 I buy 3.2 mega pixels digital camera for taking photo shoots for mi

self. I take picture of myself as well as of my friends; if I ever had to go to some party I

take that camera and capture beautiful moments. Time passed by my interest inphotography increasing day by day. By searching on internet, I download many

softwares & get the CDs for editing the pictures (that makes pictures more attractive &

beautiful) from the markets. I visited many photo studios & get information about

photography. After capturing my pictures I upload them on the internet websites, i.e.www.orkut.com & www.Facebook.com

I got a huge amount of friends on facebook as well as on orkut. Almost all friends of me

give wonderful comments on the pictures by getting their comments more & more

interest for photography developed in me. In the mean time most of my friends on orkut& facebook wants their own photo shots & they want their pictures to be edited. At that

time I think about opening of a photo studio. That was the time that I had only 50,000 to

start my photo studio.

By getting the comments of friends as well as from other unknown peoples I opened my

photo studio which is named as NXY Photo Studio

NXY Photo Studio is located in the Model town. NXY Photo Studio is working from last

month. NXY Photo Studio is a basic platform for people to bright their future because wechange their personalities. Our mission is to provide Quality Service to our customers.

The main theme of our business is to provide artistic pictures to our customers.

While nearly everyone has a camera for snapshots, people need professional quality

photos when they will be shown to an important audience, and when people want to be

NXY Photo Studio operated as a sole proprietorship. This creates simplicity since little is

required to begin operations: no legal counsel is necessary to create set-up documents.

Salary for the owner will be withdrawn from the year-end funds, once the business is

established and profitable. Taxes will be paid via the personal return, as personal income

tax rates are lower than the corporate rate. Among the disadvantages would be difficulty

in obtaining outside financing during start-up; however, we have already owns our full

array of photographic equipment.

Copyright is a form of protection for original works that photographers enjoy. It is

afforded automatically to any work, immediately on its creation in fixed form, and the

copyright on the work normally becomes the property of the creator. Filling out a form

and paying the necessary fee to the Pakistan Copyright Office does not copyright a work.

Copyright is part and parcel of the creation process. There is no requirement to register a

copyright, but it is best to do so as a way of claiming a copyright. Registration helps

immensely if suit for copyright infringement is necessary. All photographs taken by NXY

Photo Studio will carry proper copyright notice. This notice of copyright will offer

protection against a claim of "innocent infringement" on the part of a client. In addition to

this information being printed on the back of each photograph, the sales contract will

include the same information.

We open our studio only five days in a week (Monday to Friday) 10am to 11pm.

In other two days we work for those customers who want their pictures in different

locations. They take appointments on Phone and internet. We take their pictures indifferent locations like old places and different beautiful locations. And this outdoor

photo shot is a main source to earn money in our business because we charge 3000 for 15

pictures for individuals & 5000 for couples.
