Nestled in Northern Paarl, the founders, Gavin & Jean Stork were inspired by the natural beauty of the Nwanedi region and have captured this perfection in redefining their Paarl

estate with the noble winemaking tradition of the original farm (circa. 1692). The modern wines will certainly grace any fine lifestyle and never disappoint.

a unique structure from rocky riverine shales to luxuriously deep granitic terroir.

Four primary vineyard blocks are single vineyard registered with the wines bearing the vineyard names; First Dawn; Meditation; Junction; and

Railyard, complemented by white wines, all epitomising the perfection demanded in making

fine wine.

Places of InterestSince 1687, Paarl has been known as the ‘pearl’ of the

Cape Winelands. This history is prolifically found amongst its people and evidenced on many a street

corner.

Today Paarl is exceptionally proud of the fact that Mr. Nelson Mandela began our country’s ‘long walk to

freedom’ from Paarl, and the peace he has brought is a wonder for all.

The origins of the Afrikaans language are commemorated by the impressive monument built on

the summit of Paarl mountain.
