Protein: helps in building our body and muscles , it also helps in healing wounds

Healthy Fats: helps to maintain health and protect against heart disease and atherosclerosis

Unhealthy Fat: be cautious and minimize them; may lead to atherosclerosis
Margarine and animal fat
Vitamins : helps the body resist against diseases and is good for general health
Vegetables
Cucumber, tomato and carrot
