The National Quality Framework has put in place a new National Quality Standard to ensure high quality and consistent early childhood education and care across Australia.
The National Quality Standard will help services to provide the best possible level of early childhood education and care by being clear about the factors that best support a child’s development.
The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) supports the vision of the National Quality Standard. The aim of the EYLF is to extend and enrich children’s learning from birth to five years and through transition to school. Refer to the EYLF for Australia “Belonging, Being and Becoming”
