Pros for supporting this Project:
• Provides improved access and site circulation to building and athletic facilities while reducing impact on neighborhood streets and abutters
• Construction phasing will not require temporary facilities or relocation of students off site
• Separate student / teacher parking from visitor parking and bus / parent drop off
• Most importantly – of the reimbursable portion the State pays 50 to 52%

Failure to pass Project:
• Capital improvements to the HS & MS needed immediately will cost $10 million.
• These improvements do not address:the overcrowding, under spaced classrooms, lack of Science labs, the removal of asbestos replacing of rubber roofs to both the HS & MS or the HS foyer and courtyard.
www.nrssbc.org
Failure to pass Project:
• These improvement do not address the limited life-time of the 18 modular units currently being used and in their 7th plus year.
• Tax increase still happens – no increase to home values
• Most importantly, little to no State Reimbursement!!
