Draw a picture of a pig. You have 2 minutes for this individual activity.

Use your team’s analysis sheet to find out the characteristics of the people round the table.

The purpose of this activity is to reach consensus on the critical, generic skills needed for success in NQGAs.

Consider Poster 1 – we’ve started it off with the 5 Core Skills plus some from the Scotland’s Skills Strategy.

Use pens to add any others you think are critical. This will provide our list of essential skills for the next activity
