The purpose of this activity is to get to know the people in your group.

Draw a picture of a pig. You have 2 minutes for this individual activity.

Use your team’s analysis sheet to find out the characteristics of the people round the table.

You have 5 minutes to complete this activity Does anybody want to move now you know who

you are dealing with???

The purpose of this activity is to reach consensus on the critical, generic skills needed for success in NQGAs.

Consider Poster 1 – we’ve started it off with the 5 Core Skills plus some from the Scotland’s Skills Strategy.

Use pens to add any others you think are critical. This will provide our list of essential skills for the next activity

Consider the 4 questions on your pink sheet. In groups of 4 or 5, discuss individual answers

and decide on the 2 considered to be the most important for each question.

Put each answer on a post it. Now stick post its to the centre of relevant target sheet.

Hang your target sheets on the wall. Let’s see what others think…
