CONCLUSIONS
The nurse interns have ‘high’ NPSE and ‘very high’ NPOE.
‘High’ NPSE means that the nurse interns are highly motivated to perform at their best. They will become highly qualified nurses in the future who are able to influence health care services in Tabuk Region and the Kingdom.
![Page 24: Npse Npoe Defense](https://reader030.vdocuments.site/reader030/viewer/2022032522/55cf8eeb550346703b970a5b/html5/thumbnails/24.jpg)
CONCLUSIONS
‘Very high’ outcome expectations reflects that they had good internal’ and ‘external’ learning experiences. It indicates that they view nursing profession as a rewarding and noble profession, therefore, it is a good career choice.
These findings will help change the image of
nursing as a less desirable course among young Saudi nationals.
![Page 25: Npse Npoe Defense](https://reader030.vdocuments.site/reader030/viewer/2022032522/55cf8eeb550346703b970a5b/html5/thumbnails/25.jpg)
CONCLUSIONS
• Married nurse interns are least likely to use research as guide in their nursing practice, however, it is not statistically significant.
• Female nurse interns are more motivated with the ‘idea’ that working as a nurse would let them learn and think critically everyday than male nurse interns.

CONCLUSIONS
Age, marital status and classification during admission to nursing program do not have
any impact in the nursing practice self-efficacy and outcome expectations.
Nurse interns’ NPSE is the same regardless of gender.
