The aim is to generate the optimum for all involved parties from failed real-estate business drafts or defaulted

loans. The main functional characters of the application deal with the redevelopment and the implementation

of drafts for real-estates with problems. The main target group for the product are real estate servicer

and workout departments of financial institutions. The goal is to help real-estate out of bad running credit

commitments back to an effective intrinsic value and to put the real estate again on the market. Of course,

under the premise to generate high sales values for the financing bank as well as for the debtor. The

application allows the real Estate servicer to offer his customer more quality and transparency. And certainly,

by using good software he is also able to generate more business.

The application was developed in co-operation with our sister company, the Orgaplan GmbH which possesses

an exquisite know how in the environment of NPL Servicing as well as a big German financial institution since

10 years. These two companies combine not only market knowledge; they are also the pilot customers and
