Work  with  the  EP  Grouping  to  focus  on  'Match  ASAP'  EPs  and  get  them  match  in  max  1  month        

       Habe  your  EPs  apply  to  Golden  Form  TNs      

         Share  all  the  tools  with  your  EP  Managers  and  TLs  because  they  are  the  ones  that  are  doing  the  matching

I  need  from  you  to  be  sure  that  you  know  where  each  of  your  EPs  wanna  go,  when  they  can  leave  and  which  kind  of  project  they  wanna  do  -­‐  I  need  VPs  to  have  this  informa:on  :ll  this  Thursday  (22.5.)            

   Also  if  you  are  solving  some  issues  with  matching  or  visa  let  me  know.  So  far  we  know  about  some  issue  with  prolonging  visa  in  Srí  Lanka                In  the  end  of  this  week  you  can  expact  feedback  and  output  from  the  OPSs  that  happend  last  week      

         Last  week  I  sent  overview  about  supply  in  our  Country  partners  to  your  VPs  to  help  you  with  Matching.  If  you  didn´t  receive  ask  your  VP.            

   

This  week  there  is  ini:a:on  from  AI  to  matche  80%  of  our  EPs.  For  that  we  need  to  assigned  our  EPs  to  concrete  TNs  :ll  end  of  the  week.  Aber  that  they  will  be  approach  by  ICX  part  asap.  More  concreate  details  I  will  give  to  VPs

So far, we realized 755 exchange experiences! But we need more to break the 1000 :)

iGIP  TNs  available:  75  (MA  more)  TNs  matched:    25  (RE  more!)  

iGCDP  TNs  available:  72  (MA  more)  TNs  matched:  82  (RE  more!)  

This means, we have 339 forms in available and 195 forms matched. THIS IS THE MATCHING PERIOD! MATCH EVERYDAY AND EVERYWHERE! :)

oGCDP  EPs  available:  110  (RA  more)  EPs  matched:  97  (MA  more)
