At fifty-one, we offer accessible menu options that add a comforting touch to any circumstance in your daily life. These options are given a unique twist by our own Chef Tsutomu Iwasaki, a seasoned veteran in the culi-nary arts of many cultures. One example is his signature “fifty-one burger,” featuring a regal red meat patty packed full of umami flavor. This patty is topped with a fragrant jumbo mushroom, a thick slice of tomato, plus a traditional red wine sauce and raclette cheese, with a slice of blue cheese to add another layer of depth to the dish’s flavor. Sandwiched inside a home-made ciabatta bun, this harmonious dance of umami and richness is sure to please. Though it’s a classic for lunch, we certainly recommend it with a glass of red wine or beer at the end of your day. In either case, it is best enjoyed with our commanding view of the Tokyo skyline.
