The Governor’s Leadership, Equity, Accessibility and Diversity (LEAD) Conference is one of the largest conferences of its kind in the region, and largest in the state. The 2020 event will be hosted virtually and will be accessible from any digital device. As a sponsor you will have the opportunity to connect with hundreds of business professionals, state employees, university students and private sector professionals throughout the region.

The two-day conference will feature an all-star lineup of regional panelists from both the private and public sectors including a special presentation of the Anderson Award and recognition of agencies for diversity hiring goals.

· Go to the Vendor Self-Service Portal· Enter User Name and Password to log-in or click 'Guest Access'· Search 'RFP 790 2100000002'· Submit the proposal packet with the following:

-Signed solicited page-Cover page with contact information-Bidder background-Desired sponsorship level-Statement regarding the (1) reason of interest and (2) bidder’s position on the importance of leadership and diversity in the workforce.

All proposal submissions must be sent via Secure File Transfer MOVEit TRANSFER by July 30. Complete instructions are attached to the RFP.
