11/12月假期活动

1 Participant must have a registered CDAC Account. If not done, please create a CDAC Account at the Centre.

2 Please bring along Student’s EZ Link Card for registration.

3 Chinese students from low-income families who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for CDAC Programme Fee Subsidy.

4 The levels stated for the programmes are based on year 2019.

5 Availability of programmes is on first come, first served basis.

6 Registration closes one week before commencement date, unless otherwise stated or when the class is full.

7 A class will only start when the minimum class size is met.

8 Please check the dates and time of the programme(s) before registering to ensure that the programme(s) that you wish to register does/do not clash with any other programmes. CDAC reserves the rights not to refund in the event of a clash in programmes after registration.

9 CDAC reserves the rights to claim the full fees of the programmes if a participant is absent for the programmes.

10 The activity venue will be at CDAC Centres unless stated otherwise.

11 No transport will be provided for programmes conducted at external venues unless stated otherwise.

12 Only cash, NETS and cheque payment is accepted at the point of registration. Cheque should be made payable to “CDAC”.

13 Registration of programmes will close at 9.30pm on Monday to Friday and 4.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

14 CDAC@ Toa Payoh will be closed for renovation from 21 Oct to 15 Dec 2019

15 CDAC reserves the right to cancel and amend the course schedule, venue and teaching staff if and when necessary.

Registration Information

3 家庭面对经济困难的华族学生可以申请华助会课程/活动费津贴。

4 活动年级是以2019年为准。

6 除非另外声明，报名将在开课的前一周或在活动名额已满时停止接

受报名。

7 每个活动的报名名额必须达到指定的最低人数，才能开班。

8 请在报名前确保您所要报的活动在日期或时间上没有任何冲突。如果因为活动日期和时间上有所冲突，华助会将不退款。

9 学生如果缺席任何活动，华助会将有权追讨活动的全部费用。

10 除非另外声明，活动将会在华助会中心进行。

11 除非另外声明，在中心以外所举办的活动将无巴士载送。

12 我们接受现金、NETS或支票付款。请在报名时支付所有的活动费。如以支票付款，请注明收款人为“CDAC”。

13 华助会中心在晚上9点30分（星期一至五）和下午4点30分

（星期六和日）过后，不接受活动报名和付费。

14 华助会@ 大巴窑将于2019年10月21日至2019年12月15日关闭，以进行

装修，因此不接受任何报名。

15 华助会有权删改活动时间、地点或更换指导员。
