NovaFlo® 2000 GRE Pipes and Fittings NovaFlo® GRE composite pipe is manufactured through high-strength continuous fibreglass filament winding. Novafast® has developed and implemented curing techniques and computer controlled winding technology to achieve high level quality control through the entire production process. To deliver highest quality standards, Novafast® performs 100% hydrostatic pressure tests, thread parametric test and the short-time hydraulic failure pressure tests to comply with API15HR & API15LR standards. Corrosion Resistant GRE is a corrosion free material. Internal and external coatings, chemical inhibitors and cathodic protection are not required. Lightweight - Easy to install Weighing less than 20% standard carbon steel pipe, NovaFlo® GRE is lightweight and easy to install. Reduced Costs The smooth internal surface of NovaFlo® GRE pipe reduces friction loss and pumping costs. Long service life and excellent corrosion resistance makes GRE pipe an attractive alternative to carbon steel equivalents. Specification All joint types for NovaFlo® have been adapted to a restrained joint system, which can bear both hoop load and axial load.
