RHD! Detectivesi who werecase agentsforLAPD on the "Biggie Smalls" murder. Writer advised themif he couldmeetwith them,he writer! might have some information that could

help their case, in particular an avenue to some key witnesses whohave been reluctant to speak with 'he past. Thismeeting

took place with writer and his SSA meeting at ParkerCenter RHD Division withDetectives and several of

|and_DetecEivliw:o was theirto helpintroduce writertol Itheirbosses. At this meeting writer advised LAPD personnel hehas accessto several key witnesses throu h thehelp of the Civil Attorneys and

-since Detectives| ghadbeen takenoff the case,ifDetectives| Iwante to fly to Colorado Springs withwriterand meet the Civil Attorney's and review their file, this wasno problem as the Civil Attorney's statedthis would be fine.

Several weekswent bywhen[::::]contacted writerand statedtheyt t th C '1 Attorne 'would not be goingto Colorado Springs o mee eivi y S.

~' rthis, writerspoke with the LAPD and advised them that[:if?f;;i?f:ffijhad beenlocated inSan Diegoand theFBI wasputtingoge er asurveillance team,and asked if LAPD wouldlike to be part

of this. LAPD contacted writer laterand sthey hadno desire tobe partof thisasLAPDwas notlooking at[ffffksasubjectin the"Biggie Smalls" murder, but asked for the address the FBI located him

at, which was given to the LAPD. Writer contacted LAPD asecond timeand again stated asource had been developed and an attempt to havethissource asbeing put together. LAPD informed writerthey didnot haveadesireto bepart of thisbut tokeep thempostedwhich writer did.

As the surveillancel |theFBI source took longer than anticipated, writer became awarethat a

datehad been set where discovery was to take place between the LAPD

and the Civil Attorney's. Because this date was goingto occur prior
