2. Accordingly, the seniority list as it stood on 31.01.2014 has been preparedobserving the rotation system as envisaged in Rule-7(2) and Rule-17 of the H.P. TehsildariServices Rules and also instructions issued by the Department of Personnel vide No. 1­9173-DP(Apptt.ll) dated 07.10.86 and other instructions issued from time to time. The sameis hereby circulated amongst the Tehsildars for their information .. After considering the samealongwith representations in question, the tentative seniority list will be made final and norepresentation after this date will be entertained subject to outcome of various pending OAs.This issue is already delayed for more than 8 years due to multifarious litigations andpromotions to the post of District Revenue Officers and Himachal Pradesh AdministrativeServices is delayed. Hence , objection/suggestions if any, may be filed within 15 days fromthe date of issue of this letter.
