NO. SO(C-II)HED/l0-09/201S. On the recommendation of the Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission, the Competent Authority is pleased to

appoint Mr. Safeer John 5/0 Sarfaraz Khokhar, Peshawar/2 as lecturer in English

BPS-17) against Minority Quota, and to post him at Govt. Degree College Mathra,

Peshawar against vacant post, with immediate effect, in the public interest.

2. His appointment to the service shall be subject to the following terms &conditions:-

i. He will have all rights / privileges contained in Khyber PakhtunkhwaCivil Servants Act, 1973 with all amendments made thereinincluding Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (Amendment) Act.2013 and Rules made there-under.

ii. In case of resignation, he will have to give one-month prior notice.In absence of such notice, his one-month pay shall be forfeited toGovernment.

iii. The selectee must join his post within 3~-days of the issuance ofthis Notification, failing which it shall be presumed that he is notinterested to join the same. Charge report should be submitted toall concerned. The Director, Higher Education, KhyberPakhtunkhwa, Peshawar should furnish a certificate to the effectthat the appointee has joined his post or otherwise, after onemonth of the issuance of this Notification.

v. He will be on probation for a period of one year extendable toanother one year, in terms of Section-1S of Appointment,_Promotion and Transfer Rules, 1989.

He will undergo mandatory training for the purpose of promotion /direct recruitment, as the case may be.

iv. In case of disciplinary matters, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa GovernmentServants, (Efficiency & Disciplinary Rules), 2011 shall be applicable.

He will get pay in BPS-17 including usual allowances as admissibleunder the rules. He will be entitled to annual increment like otherCivil Servants.
