Thenews report stated that two young men died in Luclcnowafter inhaling poisonous gaseswhen theywere sent down to clean on undergrounddrain without face masksor any othersafety equipment. The incident took place in front of the residence of PWD MinisterNaseemuddinSiddiqui on VilcramadityaMarg, a VIP aree, on I6-06-2011. The spot is lessthan a kilometer away from Chief Minister's house.No FIR has been registered in theincident and in absenceof the FIR the Lucknow Municipal Corporation is disowning the
