following pertaining to your application have been received by the Board Office:
Reference formsTranscript(s). Applicants must request an official copy of their transcript to be sent to the Board office.Evaluation of transcripts. Upon receipt of an application number, foreign students must have theirundergraduate degree evaluated by either:

number. Documents without an application number will be returned upon receipt. Once all documents have
been received by the Board, your file will be reviewed. Deadline dates do not apply to comity applicants.
