The Winter Adventure Camp-2015 will be organised at Shimla from22.12.2015 to 28.12.2015 in association with National Adventure Foundation, H.P.Chapter by State Youth Welfare Board, Odisha. Train tickets have been procured asper the list submitted by you for 112- participants and escorting officials (Listenclosed). •. Keeping in mind the severe cold climate at Shimla during winter it is requestedthat all the participants may be strictly advised to bring MUST a Light Blanket, a pairof Bed sheet, Jacket, Monkey Cap/Woollen Cap, Gloves, Sports Shoes & Woollen socksetc. before leaving headquarters.

You are therefore requested to kindly intimate the nominated participants andescort officials to report at Kalinga Stadium for registration, briefing and insurancecoverage etc. as per the schedule for their onward journey to Shimla. The DA duringjourney for Rs. 900/- for 05 days will be paid to the' participants by our Office on thereporting day.
