General Scope of Work

Coordinates and assists in the implementation of policies and programs, provides administrative support to the Director of Administrative and Finance Office and to the HCMD on personnel matters, and performs other duties assigned by the supervisor/s.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Evaluates applicant’s application against the qualification standards, assists in the recruitment process such as processing of request to hire, fill-up for vacant and contracted positions, and posting of notice of vacancies, and prepares letter response to applicants;
