SENIOR WRITER AND EDITOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Write and edit improve press releases, speeches, statements, messages,reports, and other communication materials
(2) Manage the writers assignments(3) Ensure the timely submission of all required content(4) Supervise/handle special projects and activities as may be assigned
from time to time by the Unit Head and Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
o A graduate of a 4-year Communications course
o Has at least 4 years work experience in the field of news writingo Has an excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills

GRAPHIC ARTIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Provide designs and different types of layouts and illustrations, webdesign layout, and typography
(2) Provides creative designs, concepts, and layouts for information,education, and communication (IEC) materials
(3) Supervise/handle special projects and activities as may be assignedfrom time to time by the Unit Head and Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
o A graduate of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or any related fieldo Awareness of current trends in the visual artso Able to produce quality work and meet deadlineso Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

TRANSCRIPTIONIST AND NEWS MONITOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Monitor news and advertisements related to OPAPP and PAMANA, aswell as peace and security issues
(2) Submit monitoring reports regularly(3) Record high-profile news and transcribe content(4) Document, archive, and file all monitored news in a highly organized
system
(5) Write news analyses and communication briefers as needed(6) Flag flashpoints as reflected in news(7) Supervise/handle special projects and activities that may be assigned
from time to time by the Unit Head and Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
o A graduate of a 4-year Communication Course;o Preferably with 1 year work experience in the field of news/media
monitoring;
o Has excellent written and oral communication and presentation skillso Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation ofcommunications plans;
(2) Identify and develop IEC materials and communication activities thatwill enable the agency to achieve its communication goals and
objectives;
(3) Provide support to the agency in the planning and implementation ofcommunication strategies;
(4) Write effective media releases(5) Supervise/handle special projects and activities as may be assigned
from time to time by the Unit Head, Operations Manager, and Head

IEC SPECIALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Identify IEC materials that will enable the agency to achieve itscommunication goals and objectives;
(2) Develop IEC strategies that complement the communication strategies;(3) Conceptualize effective IEC materials and coordinate its production;(4) Facilitate the delivery of IEC requirements of partners/stakeholders;(5) Monitor the supply and demand of IEC materials; and(6) Supervise/handle special projects and activities as may be assigned
from time to time by the Unit Head, Operations Manager, and Head

o Graduate of a 4-year Communications courseo With at least 3 years work experience in the field of development
