This is a the actual notice of removal that removes the state (and resulting Fed case) from the jurisdiction of the color of law defacto corrupt government players in Montana (9th circuit state), and REMOVES it from the lower court(s) for deprivation of rights under color of law violations, to the 9th circuit court in Nevada where the case was filed.
