NOTICE OF AMENDED PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested members of the public that the Board of Directorsof the captioned district will hold a public meeting at 16703 Golf Club Drive, Crosby, HarrisCounty, Texas.

The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 26,2018.

The subject of the meeting is to consider and act on the following:

1. Order Appointing Additional Election Officials

2. Minutes of March 19,2018 and March 22, 201 8 Board of Directors Meetings

3. Customer inquiries or appeals regarding utility service, billing or other District services(This provides an opportunity for citizens to comment on non-agenda items before the Board. Commentsshall be limited to five (5) minutes per person unless extended by the Chair. By state law, comments bythe Board members on any item not on the agenda shall be limited to: a) Statements of specific factualinformation given in response to any inquiry; b) A recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry; orc) A proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.)
