Sub :- ISSUE OF TRANSCRIPT TO UG STUDENTS

Sir/Madam,

The following procedure will be followed for Issue of Transcript to the UG students those who have successfully completed their Under Graduate Degree courses and desirous of undertaking studies abroad. 1. The students will apply to respective college along with the required

format of the Transcript. Format will be as specified by theforeign/concerned University. Certif ied true copies of first to final Year Examinations statement of marks, Passing certificate,internship completion certificate and Degree Certificate are to be attached with the application. In addition, the students will alsoenclose a Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousandonly) drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “The Registrar, MUHS, Nashik, payable at Nashik” for the initial five copies for applicant, one copy for University and one copy for college, (Total 7 Copies) and Good quality blank envelops of 4.5 inch X 9.5 inch size to be enclosed for enclosing and sealing each official transcript.

The students will also enclose DD @ Rs. 500/- Per copy for additional copies of Transcript, if required over and above the initial seven (07) copies.

The students will also enclose demand draft @ Rs. 800 per institute, for postal/airmail charges if required.

2. College/Institute in turn after confirming from the records will prepare the transcript as per the format applied for under the signature of

Dean/Principal/Director.

However Dean/Principal will ensure the following :-

(i) Total hours of training applicable reflected do not exceed the hours as laid down in the respective subject syllabus/respective council’s regulations.

(ii) Since the University does not categorise the students in various classes (i.e. first class etc.), No class except ‘Distinction’ (i.e. 75% marks and above ) should be mentioned in the transcript wherever marks are reflected in marksheet.

(i i i) Total marks and their distribution should be talliedexactly as reflected in the respective statement

of marks of the student.

(iv) NO ‘TRANSCRIPT’ WILL BE ISSUED TO ANY STUDENT BEFORE COMPLETION OF ‘INTERNSHIP’ TRAINING. EVERY TRANSCRIPT SHOULD CONTAIN A COPY OF INTERNSHIP TRAINING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE UNIVERSITY DULY CERTIFIED BY RESPECTIVE DEAN/PRINCIPAL OF THE COLLEGE.

HOWEVER, THE STUDENTS WHO ARE APPLYING FOR TRANSCRIPT BEFORE COMPLETION OF THEIR INTERNSHIP TRAINING THE NUMBER OF HOURS OF TRAINING OR ANY OTHER DETAILS RELATED TO INTERNSHIP TRAINING WILL NOT BE REFLECTED AND THE DEAN/PRINCIPAL OF THE COLLEGE WILL ONLY SPECIFY THE COMMENCEMENT AND LIKELY DATE OF COMPLETION OF INTERNSHIP TRAINING IN THE RELATED TRANSCRIPT. NEVERTHELESS, CANDIDATE WILL ONLY BECOME ENTITLED TO DEGREE CERTIFICATE ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF STATUTORY INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME

3. These transcripts alongwith the DD will be forwarded to the University

(Controller of Examinations) for counter signature.

4. University after due verification and counter signature will return the transcripts to the college or the student. University wil l retain one copy for records.

Note : Previous notification of the related subject is superseded on the publication of this notification.

It is Brought to the notice of all the students that, No Transcript will

be issued for those who are not completing/fulfil l ing the statutory Academic requirements mentioned above.
