PAYMENT INFORMATION

1) Orders without remittance will not be entertained.

2) Where it is not otherwise stated, the prices are for the duration of the exhibition days.

3) All electrical fittings must be done by Beijing Sidex Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.

4) Exhibitors who order on-site must pay on-site with cash. No credit cards will be accepted.

Shell Scheme Booth

Standard Furniture / Fittings include：

Wall panel : Per one meter aluminum railed white standard wall panel is 950 mm wide and

2470 mm high and supported by white alloy aluminum uprights (Any corner booth

will be fixed with one more fascia board instead of wall panel).

Carpet : Each shell scheme booth has a carpet floor (The floor in the booth is grey)

Furniture : Each shell scheme booth is equipped with one square table, two folding chairs

and one waste basket.

Power resource: Each shell scheme booth is equipped with one power outlet.

Lighting : Each shell scheme booth consists of two long-arm spotlight.

Note: Above visual only for 9 sqm booth. For other booth sizes and their furniture entitlements,

please contact Beijing Sidex for details.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SHELL SCHEME ORDERS / GRAPHICS DISPLAY

1) LATE ORDERS:

- We reserve the right to reject orders after October 07 2020 as pre-show orders.

- Orders received after October 07 2020 shall be deemed as on-site orders at our

discretion, subject to availability of stock and a surcharge of 30%. Such orders shall

be made by the exhibitor on-site at our site office upon the latter’s arrival.

- Orders made on-site shall be paid ONLY in cash and subject to a surcharge of 50%.

2) CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Items cancelled will be charged at 50% of the original price after show move-in

and at 100% or original price after installation. We do not redeem nor refund any

pre-ordered items that are rejected nor cancelled by exhibitors on-site.

- All confirmed items are not returnable nor exchangeable after confirmation or

on-site.

3) GRAPHICS / POSTERS’ DISPLAY:

- We reserve the right to reject requests/orders for wall posters/graphics’ printing

and installation, after October 07 2020.

- All prior requests/orders for posters’ printing and installation must be in written

email confirmation to [email protected] latest by October 07 2020 to be valid for

processing. We reserve the right to reject such prior orders confirmed after

October 07 2020.

- All exhibitors who order posters’ printing and installation must provide softcopies

of their preferred graphics/images in high resolution format, print-ready files

according to their preferred dimensions. We do not provide designing nor layout

of graphic files.

- All graphics/images will be printed and presented on-site as per high resolution

image files received from exhibitors. Stand visuals with such posters

incorporated and confirmed by exhibitors pre-show will be presented as such

on-site. Requests for re-print on-site will be subjected to charges stipulated by

Beijing Sidex then.
